Vinio is headquartered in Santa Monica, California and was founded in 2006 by the inventor of the iVinio concept and private investors to capitalize on a three year beta test of the product at one of Las Vegas' premier wine-themed restaurants touting over 3,700 selections. The success of the beta test in was pivotal to our belief that technology could be the perfect bridge between Wine Professionals and the Diner

  • Reducing personnel costs by over 29% (manhours associated with printing/reprinting)
  • Reducing paper costs by over 35%
  • Increasing wine sales ($750,000 over two years)
  • adding a fun, educational approach to wine selection

The iVinio interactive wine menu concept was developed in Washington State by Andrew Bradbury, an award winning Sommelier who went on to become the Wine Director for Aureole in Las Vegas. Andrew's penchant for technology and his desire to be a storyteller rather than a data entry specialist, lead him to the idea, allowing him to efficiently manage his wine list and inventory, help Diners make educated choices, and increase profits.

Vinio's small team of developers, database specialists and creative professionals are located in Seattle and Delaware and the company is  actively seeking additional team members to take advantage of current demand for our product.
